Meet Our Team

Seth Movsovitz is the owner of Beaches Home Care where he leads his company with the utmost integrity, is passionate about providing the highest quality of care for those who wish to age in place and is an advocate for elder rights.

He has been known to lead in games like wheel of fortune and providing a cool treat on a summer day for the seniors at THE PLAYERS Community Senior Center.

Seth has over 18 years’ experience in the home care industry.

Seth was born in Savannah, Georgia, his family soon moved to Jacksonville where Seth was raised. He attended and graduated from The Bolles School. He then went to The University of Georgia before transferring and graduating from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.

He is a local Ponte Vedra resident, residing with his wife and 4 children ranging in ages from 12 to 21 years old. In his down time, you might spot him at “The Valley” where he loves to fish for redfish, flounder, and trout.

Shavonn Labbe is the Client Care Coordinator for Beaches Home Care.

Shavonn was born in Ohio and moved to Florida in 1997. She completed her education in Bradenton, Florida, and immediately entered the retail field.

Six years later, she returned to school and joined the nursing profession. It was then she realized her passion for working with seniors. She gained a wealth of experience working for hospice facilities, memory care, independent/assisted living, and private duty nursing.

Shavonn loves working with patients and their families and learning about their lives. She always does her best to provide you and your loved ones with the guidance, support, and care you need when you are under our care.

Dawn Wiggins is our Dementia specialist; she not only trains our professionals but is available for private clients. Dawn is a registered nursing professional and has over 25 years of frontline healthcare experience, Speaker, and Mentor (Teepa Snow), and Certified Dementia Practitioner. Dawn is the author of the book called “I Love Dementia” and is currently in the final year of her master’s degree in Dementia Studies. Dawn has served in several different capacities over the years and has a wealth of experience in acute care, long-term care, psychiatric care, home care, rehabilitation, and palliative care.
